WHAT CHARLENE DID NEXT? PATTERNS FROM HOME

I have recently started on a new project called Hong Kong Estate.
I want produce a series of patterns, textures and objects,
which inspired by the structures, surroundings and designs of the estates in Hong Kong.
I am working on it quite slowly, but here are some of the patterns that I've done recently.
They are also available in Prints, iphone/pad cases and cushions on my Society6 page.

WHAT CHARLENE DID NEXT? SLEEPING FLAMINGO NECK CUSHION

I made this flamingo for a friend for Christmas,
my other friends suggested that I should make more to sell.
You can hug it, cuddle it and wrapped it round your neck!
It feels so nice when its cold :)

WHAT CHARLENE DID NEXT? SHE PAINTED SOME WOODEN PENCIL CASE

I got quite a few of these pencil cases from GRUMPY the scrap store in Manchester a while back.
I finally got round to paint them, it took me quite a while to decide what to paint on them..
Since I took so many photos from Japan, I feel like wasting them and I should use them wisely.
I painted these pencil cases with some sceneries that I like in Kyoto.
I am hoping to do some more asI still have quite a lot of these pencil cases left.

WHAT CHARLENE DID NEXT? WORKSHOPS AT IKEA WITH GRUMPY IN MANCHESTER :D

I was so happy when I got ask by Grumpy to do these workshops to celebrate 25 years Birthday of IKEA in UK. It was a few days before Halloween so the workshops were all planned to be quite spooky. Everything was that we used in the workshop were made from the scraps from Grumpy and products from IKEA.

I also did a Halloween costume making workshop for Grumpy in October.
